Samsung Official new Tablet Lineup Galaxy Tab S is newly launched in Pakistan.

Samsung is a company, that loves to experiment with a lot of devices in different sizes and shapes and prices points. they are never scared or known for backing out of the competition.

Though, Samsung has previously released a lot of tablets that directly compete with Apple’s pride, iPad, yet here we are with our hands full of two more tablets from Samsung, all set to take on Apple iPad Air and iPad mini 2 head to head.

Samsung has announced two new Galaxy Tab S devices, Galaxy Tab S 8.4 and 10.5. Here, 8.4 denotes the 8.4 inch screen size on the smaller tablet and 10.5 is the screen size of the larger one.

Now, Sammy has a lot of tablets in the same screen size categories, but what’s different in these two is the presence of glorious AMOLED panels, the same screens that you get on the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note devices.

AMOLED panels are much more brighter than the LCD panels and they have deeper blacks that makes the colors come out more vibrant. The blacks on the AMOLED screens are true blacks as if the screen is turned off as compared to the greyish tinge we see on the LCD panels.

These tablets also pack a high resolution displays commonly known as 2K displays that have twice the full HD resolution which means sharper and crisper screen. Watching movies and web browsing will be a breath of fresh air on these tablets.

Another important feature that these devices support is the fingerprint scanner inherited from the Galaxy S5, embedded in the home button below the screen.

Samsung has also made sure that their latest tablets launch with matching accessories and works with other Samsung devices flawlessly. So, Samsung has also announced three types of covers for Tab s lineup such as SImple cover, Book cover and Keyboard cover.

These tablets also work with the Gear 2 smartwatch that Samsung released earlier this year and SlideSync allows you to connect your GS5 with your Tab S tablets and transfer files and take and make calls from these tablets.

Pricing and availability:

The base versions of Tab S 8.4 and 10.5 will be available for $399 and $499. The base versions include the 16GB WIFI only models with LTE versions to follow later.

Base versions will be available in US starting from today however we expect to see them spread to the other parts of the world pretty soon as Samsung is known for massive distribution of its devices worldwide.
