Bahria Town has become the first company in Pakistan, which have Social media engagement tools from Genesys, which is a leading provider of contact center solutions. This new collaboration is done through a Bronze Partner called C-Square. Now Bahria Town customer center has support of Voice, Web Chat, Email, SMS and Social Media for its customers.
Chairman of Bahria Town Malik Riaz Hussain said
“Previously, we were only handling voice calls. Over the years, however, the number of phone calls has increased, along with alternate channel interactions, “With this new reality, we were unable to obtain a single view of interactions across all channels, hence arose the need to deploy a multi-channel customer engagement solution from Genesys.”
Other than improvement in customer services, Bahria Town has deployed Genesys CIM, Genesys SIP Interaction, Genesys SIP Qualification and Parking, Genesys Interactive Intelligence, Genesys Interaction Workspace, Genesys Interaction Workspace Endpoints, Genesys SMS, Genesys Email, Genesys Web Chat, Genesys Social Media Engagement as well as Genesys Social Media per Seat.
