Both men’s and women’s clothing were seen at the event. The First Act of the day concluded with Zainab Chottani’s Shehnai, Bridal Collection. This time her Spring/Summer 2014 collection focused on our traditional weddings, reflecting grand, larger than life wedding dresses and presented a collection to give brides a dream to cherish.Zainab Chottani’s PBCW 2014 Collection was designed considering the Pakistani weddings that are all about colours and events. The collections have traditional touch and are perfect to wear on engagement (mangni rasam) to the valima. Variety of embroiderie and embellishments like gota work with chatapati, and traditional cuts were infused together. From sherwanis to ghararas, different types of wedding dresses are made in this fashion in the 1st day.The show was produced by the in-house team of HUM Network, choreographed by the designer and choreographer extraordinaire HSY. The make-up and styling was done by Saba Ansari and her team at Sabs. The event is powered by Telenor, its radio partner is FM106.2, and food partner BURGER KING and fragrance partner is Junaid Jamshed J. PBCW is refreshed by Diet PEPSI. Faisal Farooqui and his team at Dragonfly along with in-house photographers Ahsan Qureshy and Haris Usmani are engaged for all official photography of the event.
