Zong introduced E-Care zong login for its subscribers which will provide full ease and control about all your call history and cell phone account information. E-Care zong will care all the needs of zong customers to view and manage the account online. Ecare is the web portal and providing the service to manage your calls and SMS details without any cost. Just click the link http://ecare.zong.com.pk:8080/aiecare/index.jsp and zong login or zong sign up if customer of zong is not already member and start to monetize the account details.

Once the user is login and then:

he/she has many options to tune with your zong number and provide the full control, additionally monthly bill option is only for postpaid customers, but prepaid customers can recharge the account history with full detail, SMS details, to know about payment history of any month, choose month and submit.

Also Zong ecare web portal offers:

to recharge the friend and family account from your zong account using card charging options, only need to type card charging option and type zong number and PIN number of scratch card and rest will done. For services activation and deactivation options, settings change, package conversion, lost sim blocking, friend and family options are all other features of Zong eCare, only normal VAS charges apply for using these features as per Zong Policy.
